Raji, SVP from DBS

Kim has been one of the non-standard version of an FC whereby it wasn't about pushing his products but rather understanding our needs and suggesting what best fit our needs and allowing us to decide. When his recommendation was seen working we obviously go back to him again and again. He is very timely in his response even if it was just stating an ETA on getting back with a response. His humility is overpowering and Kim is very trustworthy and dependable which is an important attribute for an FC.

Margaret, Retiree
