I used to be a big fan of multi-tasking when it became a popular strategy for productivity. The idea of doubling productivity by doing multiple things at once is quite appealing for busy people, and these days most of us are busy people. However, several studies show that in most cases, multi-tasking can negatively affect productivity and efficiency. Here's how.
Patience is essential to daily life—and might be key to a happy one. Having patience means being able to wait calmly in the face of frustration or adversity, so anywhere there is frustration or adversity—i.e., nearly everywhere—we have the opportunity to practice it.

Kim has been one of the non-standard version of an FC whereby it wasn't about pushing his products but rather understanding our needs and suggesting what best fit our needs and allowing us to decide.
