In this issue, I'd like to do something different. All of the highlights are very interesting videos from TED talks about the way we think. The videos are between 15 to 30 minutes, but they are well worth your time I promise. Hope these resources will help create marginal changes in your life every so often. Kim has been one of the non-standard version of an FC whereby it wasn't about pushing his products but rather understanding our needs and suggesting what best fit our needs and allowing us to decide. When his recommendation was seen working we obviously go back to him again and again. He is very timely in his response even if it was just stating an ETA on getting back with a response.
