There are many new things to deal with at this time while we are being isolated from life-as-usual. A new lifestyle, a new future and something that can be quite subtle - a new kind of burnout. Kim has been one of the non-standard version of an FC whereby it wasn't about pushing his products but rather understanding our needs and suggesting what best fit our needs and allowing us to decide.
